As Executive Director, you will be at the helm of Youth Farm – an organization that empowers youth through urban agriculture, education, and community engagement. Your leadership will shape the direction of our initiatives and further our mission to create positive change across the Twin Cities.

- Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the organization’s mission and goals are met.
- Lead and oversee fundraising efforts and financial management.
