Our 22nd summer is just underway across our Minneapolis and St. Paul neighborhoods and what better way to start things off than with an amazing lunch consisting of Spanakopita, Greek Salad, home made hummus, and pita bread. As lunch was wrapping up, one Youth Farmer was on their 5th salad helping!
