The recent rain showers have been great for the farms; the crops are healthy, happy, and ready for Youth Farmers to tend starting next Tuesday! However, some of the winds and storms have not been so helpful for main farm in Frogtown. Last weekend, a tree fell on the garden. Fortunately, Youth Farm’s Project LEAD were up for the challenge. They made short work of chopping and hauling away the tree, and they also saved the baby peas underneath!
