Thanks to Schwan’s Corporate Giving Foundation for their Bold Support of Youth Farm

We were beyond honored to receive support from the Schwan’s Corporate Giving Foundation last night at Schwan’s Feast on the Field event, a celebration in partnership with the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee to honor the people, the food and the cultural traditions that distinguish the Bold North, as well as a celebration of Schwan’s Company’s 65th Anniversary and their commitment to the community. We look forward to our partnership and utilizing these resources to do great work and support amazing youth leaders in the Twin Cities!

Youth Farm Receives “Homegrown Hero Award” from City of Minneapolis Homegrown Food Council

Youth Farm was honored to be presented with the 2013 Homegrown Hero Award last night at the Homegrown Minneapolis Annual Open House. We are humbled to receive this award with so much great work going on around the city. Huge thanks to the Homegrown Minneapolis Food Council, Mayor RT Rybak and Megan O’Hara, all our community partners in Minneapolis, and most especially the amazing youth at Youth Farm who do amazing work on a day in day out basis.

Youth Farm named “Outstanding Nonprofit for support for at-risk Youth” in MN

Youth Farm is again honored to be named one of the top nonprofits in the state by Philanthropedia. This most recent ranking of nonprofits by 85 local experts highlighted Youth Farm’s continued commitment to high quality youth development work, specifically noted as 1 of the top 2o Educational nonprofits supporting at-risk youth. There are some great nonprofits a part of this list and we are excited to be recognized.
